Where is my Order?
We will begin dispatching the orders on Monday 2nd December 2024. All Gift Experiences will be sent out with Royal Mail Tracked24 service. The tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser once dispatched.
Can I change the address/items in my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes to order details once the order has been placed. All orders are final. When your Gift Experience is en route you will be given the option via Royal Mail to redirect your mail, or have it delivered to your local sorting office.
Do I need my Gift Experience before I can make a booking?
No, you can go ahead and make a booking as soon as you please, within the validity dates listed (26th Dec 2024 – 31st March 2025). We advise booking ahead of time to avoid disappointment. We don’t need your voucher code until payment on the day. Please note all bookings will require card details to complete a reservation, but as a Gift Experience holder, you will use your voucher to pay for your visit on the day.
Are there any restrictions on my Gift Experience?
Your Gift Experience can be used from December 26th 2024 until March 31st 2025. Redeemable each Sunday – Friday. Gift Experiences are not valid to be redeemed on Saturdays. Unfortunately we are unable to allow extensions on Gift Experiences after March 31st 2025 so please make a booking as soon as possible. Experience vouchers can not be used on 14th February 2025 and 30th March 2025.
Can I have a digital version of the gift experience if I need it sooner than when the physical gift experience is due to arrive?Â
Yes, we can issue you a digital copy of the voucher if you need it ahead of the physical gift experience delivery. Please note that your voucher will still be valid from 26th of December 2024. A digital voucher is not issued in replacement of your physical gift experience. Postage on your physical Gift Experience is non-refundable.

All Six by Nico Black Friday Gift Experiences are valid Sunday – Friday from the 26th December 2024 until March 31st 2025.
Your gift experience is only valid for use at the following Six by Nico restaurants: Six by Nico London Fitzrovia, Six by Nico Six by Nico London Canary Wharf, Six by Nico Oxford.
Please note this Gift Experience is not valid for use at Six by Nico Dublin or any new Six by Nico restaurant opening after 29th November 2024.
Six by Nico gift experiences cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash / account balance.
The full experience must be utilised in one visit. For example, you cannot redeem the aperitif or wine at a later date.
More than one experience per table may be used.
It is not our responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift experiences both digital and physical (should you decide to print them off).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the gift experience access remains with the intended party. Please note that printing out the email confirmation is not accepted as payment.
Our management team retains the right to reject any gift experience that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
Gift experiences are not valid in conjunction with any special promotion we may be running (offers, price promotions, events etc.) and these are defined as such at the discretion of Six by Nico.
