With his latest 6-course tasting menu, Chef Nico aims to transport guests through the decade of disco with each dish. Sampling far-out delights from good old prawn cocktail and summer berry trifle to Nico’s contemporary take on Spam – the decade’s infamous cult classic, guests will be treated to a dining experience that is truly outta sight.
