With just 48 hours to explore its vibrant culinary scene, they set out to create a six-course tasting menu.
Join us as we journey through aromatic spice markets, bustling bazaars, and Turkish tea houses, with dishes inspired by the Turkish delights we discovered. From our twist on the classic shish kebab to traditional breads cooked on hot coals, each plate offers a new adventure.
