The iconic stretch from coast to coast has inspired us for our fourth theme, taking you on a journey & exploring culinary influence from Chicago, the Great Plains, American Diners, Texas, New Mexico & California.

Our journey may not feature the same landscapes or motels, instead shares the same spirit and essence of the most iconic highway trip of a lifetime; a trip that needs no detour.
