Sips Sessions invite you to slow down, sip and discover something new.

Hosted exclusively at Six by Nico Aberdeen, this relaxed Sunday tasting experience takes you through five carefully selected wines, each chosen to reflect the inspiration and flavours behind our current menu.

As each glass is poured, you'll explore the stories behind the wines, from the grapes and regions they come from to the flavours and characteristics that make each one unique. Along the way, you'll pick up approachable food pairing tips and discover how to enjoy each wine beyond the restaurant.

Guests can also choose to add a curated bites plate inspired by the flavours of the current menu, designed to complement selected wines throughout the tasting.
