The problem with great pasta is that there's never just one you want. Every menu offers another shape, another sauce, another dish you know you'd love. But somehow, you always have to choose.
So this time, we stopped choosing.
Instead, we've created a six-course tasting menu dedicated entirely to pasta. Five handmade pasta dishes inspired by the flavours, regions and recipes discovered throughout Italy, followed by one last course worth saving room for.
No difficult decisions. No wondering what the other dish tasted like.
